Hi we have 2 bedrooms in our home available for rent.

We live in Ferrymead area close to Cafes ,Bars,the Port Hills & Sumner Beach ,So if you enjoy out doors walking,windsurfing, Biking etc it's at our back door ,Yet also close to the city ,

20 minutes by bus ,both buses go via the cental city up Riccarton Rd , via Hospital ,Uni & one goes to Airport.We also have car parking.

We would prefer out going people with tidy habits who fit in don't mind cooking their own meals at times etc. We don't mind students or proffessioal people.

Rent is flexable depending on food requirements, fully furnished rooms including linen ,power ,internet.
